Yes some might have problems but it is more likely that a DVD will be fine and a exact copy of the original. A DVD is a digital product and all the ones and zero can be copied exactly! Trying to stop people buying fake DVDs but telling them they will be un-watchable is insulting people's intelligence. Focus on the illegal side.
